Sébastien DUBOC (Agriculture, 2009, Beauvais) founder of AMALTUP took over the Freval cheese dairy last January.
Specializing in the artisan manufacture and maturing of goat's milk cheeses, the dairy's flagship product "La Couronne Lonchoise" has just been awarded the silver medal at the 2023 Mondial du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers competition.
A prize that rewards know-how acquired over 30 years.
