On November 18 in Paris, Marjorie LAMBERT (Agriculture, 2008, Rouen), who lives in Goderville (76), was awarded the Prix Femmes Agricultures Territoires 2025, a distinction which highlights women committed to transforming the world of agriculture and the vitality of rural areas.

Selected from twelve finalists, Marjorie has been rewarded for her commitment, her ability to federate and to think about agriculture with a sustainable, collective and intergenerational vision. As a Nuffield 2022 prizewinner, she is also continuing her work on agricultural projects for more resilient industries.

In the near future, she will take her thoughts and ideas even further: in 2026, Marjorie will take part in the World Committee on Food Security in Rome.

A farmer from Normandy, Marjorie and her husband run a 150-hectare farm specializing in mixed farming, soil conservation agriculture and Label Rouge poultry farming - one of her two passions, along with entrepreneurship.

In 2017, she founded AND Consulting, then in 2021 created Le Nichoir Coworking, a third-party place on the farm that today brings together nearly 150 members within the Dynamique association that she leads and federates. Le Nichoir Coworking promotes entrepreneurship, innovation and social ties in rural areas.

Congratulations on your recognition!
