The challenge of Guillaume RYCKBOSCH (Agriculture, 2006, Rouen)

Former Director of Parks and Gardens for the city of Pau, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques (64), Guillaume RYCKBOSCH (Agriculture, 2006, Rouen) decided, at the age of 37, to take on a new challenge: to become a goat cheese maker !

In 2020, Guillaume created "La Chèvrerie Henry IV", a goat farm with 40 goats.

He produces farmhouse cheeses and yoghurts made from raw goat's milk, with respect for animal and environmental welfare.

And today we can say that Guillaume has taken up his challenge twice: his goat farm is a great success and he enjoys his new professional life every day !
