Pierre-Louis LAMBERT (Agriculture, 2016, Beauvais) and Charles DELBAERE (Agriculture, 2017, Beauvais), founders of La Ferm Fabrik featured in a report on potato chips.


France 3 highlighted their commitment to healthier, local and responsible eating. Rich in fiber, high in protein, gluten-free and low in fat, their lentil potato chips perfectly embody the spirit of innovation and sustainability espoused by the Alumni.


But this success didn't happen by chance: Charles and Pierre-Louis were able to adapt, revise their offer and rethink their product to meet the expectations of a fast-changing market. A fine example of entrepreneurial agility and perseverance! 💪
