Juliane launches artisanal creamery in Pas-de-Calais

Juliane LEJOSNE (Agriculture, 2022, Beauvais) has just launched her own farmhouse mozzarella production business in Pas-de-Calais,

She designed and set up a processing workshop on the farm, then opened an artisanal crèmerie: La crèmerie-maison, where she produces top-of-the-range mozzarella from the milk of Prim'Holstein cows.

The dairy farm where the milk comes from is that of her husband, Fernand LEJOSNE (Agriculture, 2016, Beauvais), who works with his brother on the SCEA Magnolias, a family-run mixed crop/livestock farm, including a dairy herd and a layer hen farm.

Mozzarella and other dairy products are now available for direct sale.
