UniLaSalle strengthens ties with De La Salle Lipa in the Philippines

On Monday June 16, 2025, an official ceremony marked therenewal of the cooperation agreement between Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle and De La Salle Lipa University (DLSL), located in the Philippines. The signing took place on the Beauvais campus, in the presence ofPhilippe Choquet, UniLaSalle General Manager, and Dr. Teodosia Merlin C. Suarez, DLSL Chancellor.

This partnership, which is part of a worldwide Lasallian dynamic, aims tostrengthen academic and scientific exchanges between the two establishments over the next five years. It covers several areas of common interest, includingfood science, agriculture, nutrition, geology, the environment, energy, digital technology and veterinary medicine.

In concrete terms, the agreement provides for :

• reciprocal hosting of students for periods of academic mobility of up to one year ;
• the exchange of professors and researchers for training or research assignments;
• the development of joint projects, including collaborative research, publications and the co-organization of conferences.

This renewal coincides with the veryfirst participation of DLSL students in the "Food as Medicine"summer program run by UniLaSalle, in which three Filipino students are currently taking part.

This renewed cooperation embodies the shared desire topromote the circulation of knowledge, interculturality and educational solidarity between Lasallian establishments involved internationally.
