30 years ago, the inauguration of the UniLaSalle Amiens building

February 6, 1995 marked a major turning point for UniLaSalle Amiens, then known as ESIEE Amiens, with the official inauguration of its new engineering training building.

This structuring project, designed to meet the growing needs of the engineering industry, marked the company's determination to provide students with a modern learning environment adapted to technological change.

The ceremony took place in the presence of Simone Veil and Édouard Balladur, two emblematic figures who underlined the importance of training engineers capable of anticipating and accompanying major industrial and societal transformations.

Since its opening, the school has established itself as a training center in tune with the challenges of digital technology and energy.

Thanks to infrastructures dedicated to experimentation and real-life situations, it has welcomed classes of engineers driven by the same ambition: to design, innovate and meet the needs of the professional world.
