On the occasion of the ISSFAL congress on lipids in Quebec (Canada), Cécile BUCHE (Alimentation & Santé, 2012, Beauvais) met up with Antoine PAJOT (Agriculture, 2001, Beauvais), who has been living in Quebec for several months.

An opportunity for Antoine to introduce Cécile to the treasures of Quebec, between local culture, science and school memories.
