On Wednesday February 26, the Career Center organized an Alum'vie with Nathalie PESLERBE ( Agriculture, 1991,Beauvais). Nathalie shared her career path, her successes, her doubts and her lessons learned with alumni, students and employees.

In both face-to-face and video sessions, Nathalie talked about her career path, which began with a double degree abroad, enabling her to join AGCO directly after her studies. She spent 25 years there, rising through the ranks to become head of the Business Unit France. An opportunity to talk about her experience as a woman in the male-dominated world of agri-business. Although she didn't ask herself too many questions at the outset, doubts began to surface as she took on more responsibility. The famous impostor syndrome.
To overcome this, she was able to count on her teams, who pushed her to take her place, and she didn't hesitate to ask for training to reassure herself.

With hindsight, Nathalie insisted on one point: the relationships you build over the years count for a lot.

"The people who have really counted in my career are not necessarily the ones I imagined at the outset."

She also reminded us of the importance of our Alumni network, a powerful and benevolent network that can really open doors.

"The encounters you make today can become your opportunities tomorrow."

The Alumni took the time to answer the students' questions, with transparency and kindness, making this exchange even more concrete.

Finally, other subjects were also raised: the loneliness of the manager, the work/life balance, and the end of her adventure at AGCO after 25 years. Today, she has decided to set up her own coaching company,APIDAE COACHING , to support other professionals in their reflections and career choices.

A sincere and inspiring testimonial that you can replay on the webinars and conferences page.
