Introducing Actemium maintenance Picardie!

On Monday January 22, Bertrand GRABOWSKI (Energy Engineering & Digital Systems, 1998, Amiens), company manager at Actemium Maintenance Picardie, organized a presentation for third-year students. Bertrand presented the core business of Actemium Maintenance Picardie, highlighting their mission to support Picardy's manufacturers in their digital transformation and the decarbonization of their production tools.

The second part was dedicated to workshops. Clément HANQUIEZ (Génie énergétique & Systèmes numériques, 2019, Amiens) and Benjamin VIGNON (Génie énergétique & Systèmes numériques, 2021, Amiens) presented case studies of their professions.

Benjamin, who was hired after completing his work-study program, presented his Final Year Project on the digital and energy transition. Having worked with a variety of people in the company for six months, he then reported on his experience and implemented improvement actions over the following six months.

Clément presented the creation of applications designed to optimize service requests within a company. This led to greater efficiency in terms of both monitoring and indicators, thanks to the various tables that could be generated.

Bertrand is involved in HR support, a real strength of the company. He is looking for humanist engineers, as this profession requires close collaboration with men and women. The immersion program guides new arrivals through the first few months, helping them to share the company's values. At the end of the course, employees are asked to submit a report on their experience. At Actemium, training continues throughout a person's life with the Actemium Academy.

The wealth of information shared at the conference will be a source of guidance for students in their career choices. Former students, now Alumni, were able to talk about their experiences, having occupied the same position as current students a few years ago.
