Created in 2016, the start-up Algar (formerly "Permettez moi de construire") aims to design and distribute the best service enabling an owner to obtain planning permission.

Algar, whose Chief Operating Officer is Maxime COUCKE (Energy Engineering & Digital Systems, 2014, Amiens), has just raised 3.2 million euros from major players such as EDF.
