La TOITURE LOCHOISE: the new cheese by the slice from Fromagerie FREVAL!

Sébastien DUBOC (Agriculture, 2009, Beauvais) is delighted to share with the network that Fromagerie FREVAL, known for its famous Couronne Lochoise®, is innovating with the launch of its first "à la coupe" cheese: TOITURE LOCHOISE. Reminiscent of the slate roofs of the small Lochois region, this 850-gram ashy cheese in the shape of a triangular prism is marketed by the crémiers-fromagers in sections, according to the needs of each customer.

La Couronne Lochoise was awarded a silver medal at the 2023 Mondial du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers competition.
