Chèvrerie Henry IV takes a new turn

Launched solo by Guillaume RYCKBOSCH (Agriculture, 2006, Rouen) 6 years ago, Chèvrerie Henry IV is continuing its adventure... but this time with two people! 🎉

Today, the farm has gone from being a sole proprietorship to a GAEC, with Maëlys Bernard joining as a partner. It's a wonderful development for a project born of a strong conviction: that we can produce differently, respecting the seasons, the animals, the land... and our taste buds!

Just a stone's throw from the Château de Coarraze, each cheese is the fruit of intense work - from the fields to processing, including the care given to the goats - with the sincere desire to offer local products that are simple, good and true to life.

A new stage in a project that continues to combine terroir, high standards and the joy of doing things right.
