Marie KIEFFER (Geology, 2017) is currently in her 2nd year of doctoral studies at the Centre for Mineral Resources Studies (CERM).
In March, she participated in the "Student Minerals Colloquium of Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) - Society of Economic Geologists (SEG)".
At this virtual event, Marie presented her e-post on the flow of black smoke fluids in the seafloor hydrothermal vent field.
Out of fifty posters submitted to the conference, Marie won 3rd place.
