Appointments - Joran CHAMBOLLE (Agriculture, 2014, Beauvais) appointed Emerging Risks Director at BESSÉ

The Bessé group, a major player in insurance consulting and brokerage for businesses, is strengthening its innovation strategy by launching a new entity entirely dedicated to analyzing and anticipating tomorrow's risks. This unit, called "Bessé Risques Émergents", will be headed by Joran CHAMBOLLE (Agriculture, 2014, Beauvais).

Trained as an agricultural engineer with a Master's degree in management and finance, Joran has spent the last few years working for Bessé on parametric insurance solutions. His technical expertise and ability to connect operational issues, risk modeling and insurance solution design make him a natural choice to structure this new dynamic.

His team's mission :

• to analyze new risks linked in particular to geopolitical, environmental and societal developments;

• develop innovative approaches to risk transfer;

• make these new solutions understandable and acceptable to insurers and companies alike.

Joran emphasizes that this initiative is based on an original approach: starting with a detailed understanding of the risks experienced by companies, before even thinking about the insurance product. The aim is to develop hybrid mechanisms, combining prevention, advanced modelling and innovative insurance tools.
