Do you know the ADREG scholarship ?

Giving a financial boost to students holding an international internship project (or in the French overseas departments and territories): this is the ambition of the ADREG scholarship, awarded this year to 2 UniLaSalle students.

On Tuesday, June 4th, the selected students were presented with a € 2000 check, in the presence of Philippe OTT D'ESTEVOU (Géologie, 1980), former teacher-researcher in geology at UniLaSalle and former president of ADREG (Association development and research in environment and geosciences).

This scholarship was created to mainly support the departure abroad of our students having a project related to the environment. It is financed by funds made available following the dissolution of ADREG.

Supported projects

- Camille COTREL (Géologie, 081) will fly to Australia for a four-month internship at the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO), hydrogeology department . She will notably spend a week in the field as part of a research project on aquifers perched in semi-arid areas.

- Bruno LEMAIRE (Géologie, 081) is preparing to leave for three weeks in the province of Karamay, China to participate in a field school on oil exploration proposed by Peking University

Connaissez-vous la bourse ADREG ?

Donner un coup de pouce financier à des étudiants porteurs d'un projet de stage à l'international (ou dans les DOM-TOM) : telle est l'ambition des bourses ADREG, remises cette année à deux étudiants d'UniLaSalle.

Mardi 4 juin, les étudiants sélectionnés se sont vus remettre un chèque de 2 000 €, en présence de Philippe OTT D'ESTEVOU (Géologie, 1980), ancien Enseignant-chercheur en géologie à UniLaSalle et ancien Président de l'ADREG (Association pour le développement et la recherche en environnement et géosciences).

Cette bourse a été créée pour soutenir principalement les départs à l'étranger de nos étudiants ayant un projet en lien avec l'environnement. Elle est financée par les fonds rendus disponibles suite à la dissolution de l'ADREG.

les projets soutenus

- Camille COTREL (Géologie, 081) s'envolera prochainement pour l'Australie, où elle effectuera un stage de quatre mois au CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation) dans le domaine de l'hydrogéologie.  Elle y effectuera notamment une semaine sur le terrain dans le cadre d'un projet de recherche sur les aquifères perchés en domaine semi-aride.

- Bruno LEMAIRE (Géologie, 081) s'apprête quant à lui à partir trois semaines dans la province de Karamay, en Chine pour participer à une école de terrain en exploration pétrolière proposée par l'Université de Pékin.
