Matéo talks chocolate on France Radio
Mateo COSNEFROY (Agriculture, 2019, Rouen) master chocolatier and founder of Racine Carrée, explains to France Radio's "Les bonnes choses" program, his passion for cocoa and his choices to provide us with chocolate of excellence.
"Good chocolate starts with good cocoa beans".
That's why Matéo regularly travels to the San Martin region of Peru, where he personally selects the best beans to bring us his finest creations.
His portrait already made an impression on readers of Trait d'Union No. 408, the UniLaSalle alumni magazine.
Today, her voice tells us even more, an adventure to be (re)discovered on podcast.
