Sébastien DUBOC (Agriculture, 2009, Beauvais) creates the novelty around the goat thanks to Amaltup!

A start-up that he founded in February 2018 with the "primary mission of valorizing seasonal milk production surpluses and by-products from the organic sector into innovative, natural and tasty products".

This is how you have already discovered the "Avril & May" energy bars with dried fruits, cereals and a fine touch of goat's milk, goat's milk jams for snacks or the aperitif spreads with vegetables and a touch of fresh goat's milk for the evenings.

This autumn, once again, Almatup is going off the beaten track by offering you its range of "goat crispy" crackers (made with more than 80% goat!). With no added fat and naturally gluten-free, So Chèvre crackers contain, in addition to the goat's quinoa or rice flour, a little organic egg white and seasoning. Made in Val-de-Loire, thanks to a unique patented technological process, three recipes have been added to the So Chèvre Apéro range: Tomato thyme, Bear's garlic and Five berries.
