Flora is brand new, and full of fiber!

As part of the activities of the PANASH team (Pole of activity in nutrition, food and human health) at UniLaSalle, Colombe WACHÉ (Food & Health, 2019) came to the Beauvais campus on Monday, October 12 to test the use of new products of the Flore brand.

The workshop took place in a culinary platform with about ten people who were able to cook with these fruit (strawberry, raspberry and blueberry) and vegetable (onion) powders rich in polyphenols and fibers.
