In April 2019, Aline ROUSSEL LESAGE (Agriculture, 2005, Beauvais) joined the Innocress team, a company that brings watercress back into fashion. Olivier ROBERT DE MASSY, Irène INCHAUSPÉ and Aline ROUSSEL LESAGE have developed Supercress 5, a new way to consume watercress and enjoy all its benefits. Sold in the form of powder sachets, this innovation is the result of a partnership with UniLaSalle, which has one of the only prototypes in France of a zeodrator, a machine that allows the plant to be dried by creating a vacuum without altering its properties.
